Terms for earlier camera publications

This camera flow records your face and your own voice together. Preview and the latest draft stay on your device until you submit for publication. Submission uploads the recording; approved videos become public on the quote card. Others respond to the same text with their own recordings; your face and voice are not automatically added to theirs. Remove your video in My video performances or delete your account in Your data. Necessary provenance and moderation records may be retained. Text rights are reviewed separately.

Content and your rights

The scene you upload is your responsibility.

By uploading a scene you declare that:

You filmed this content, or you have explicit permission from its owner, or it is in the public domain.

Everyone seen and heard in it has consented.

The content is not unlawful, hateful, sexual or violent.

Permission you grant

To the extent you hold the rights, you permit Rolvimo to host, copy, technically transform, separate audio components, generate captions and display the content worldwide. You permit users to keep offline copies, combine it with their dubbing and export and share Cut videos outside the app. This permission covers commercial platform use without transferring ownership. Removal stops new distribution; previously downloaded or shared copies cannot be recalled.

Responsibility and review

You can grant only rights you hold. False declarations or unauthorized uploads may create legal liability; these terms do not remove Rolvimo’s statutory obligations.

Content cannot be published before its rights evidence and scope are reviewed. A quote being short or recognizable does not grant permission to use it. Text rights are reviewed separately. Review is not a legal guarantee.

Subscriptions and restoration

Subscriptions provide platform features instead of access to a particular clip. The applicable product, period and price appear at the store or payment provider before purchase confirmation. Restore purchases through the Rolvimo Pro screen.

Your subscription renews at the period and price shown by the store until cancelled. Any trial or discount conditions appear at checkout. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.

Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights

Stopping renewal and requesting a refund for an existing charge are separate actions. Submit a refund or withdrawal request through the store where you purchased or to rolvimo@kolcu.ai. Store procedures do not remove statutory rights. Digital content is not described as universally non-refundable: withdrawal rights and exceptions depend on the transaction and applicable law. Where applicable, you may seek relief through Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts, subject to the relevant thresholds and procedures. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Recording, group play and private content

Recording with the camera does not by itself authorize public publication. Sending to a friend, submitting a recording to a group game and public publication are separate actions. You can decide for your own performance only; obtain any required permission before sharing other participants’ images or voices outside the group. The legacy dubbing/Cut upload license must not be interpreted as permission to automatically insert a new camera recording into other users’ videos. Adding a private scene to a friend’s library requires their acceptance.

Safe use and reporting

Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, harassment, threats, hate speech and deceptive impersonation are prohibited. Do not share other people’s private information without permission. Use in-app reporting and blocking controls or send the relevant content link to support. You may contest a review or access restriction through the same support channel. Filing a report does not establish an infringement or guarantee publication.

Removing your content

Remove your video through My video performances. Visibility is revoked and media cleanup is queued. Copyright notices and counter-notices use the in-app reporting flow.
